4. SMS / Text Messages
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Azure Cleaning at the number you provide. These messages include:

- Appointment reminders (24-hour and 2-hour before your appointment)
- Cancellation or rescheduling notices
Message frequency: Up to 3–4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:
- Stripe — to process payments securely
- Twilio — to deliver SMS notifications

- Supabase — our secure database provider
- Our cleaning staff — to fulfill your appointment (name, address, service details)

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-compliant) and we never store card numbers. Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security and encrypted at rest.

Our site uses cookies only as necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in to your account). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
