1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a cleaning service through azurecleaningco.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Azure Cleaning ("we," "us," "our"), a cleaning service operating in Utah.

2. Services

Azure Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific services, pricing, and duration for each booking are described on our website and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings or pricing at any time.

3. Bookings and Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS at the contact information provided.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging in to your account at azurecleaningco.com/account or by contacting us at (385) 349-5982.

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment: full refund
  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible property, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Azure Cleaning regarding your appointment. This includes booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and cancellation or rescheduling notices.

Message frequency: Up to 3–4 messages per booking
Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at (385) 349-5982.

We will not use your phone number for marketing unrelated to your bookings, and we will not sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide our cleaners with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided and our cleaners cannot enter, the appointment may be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

7. Liability

Azure Cleaning carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours by contacting (385) 349-5982. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from items not properly secured or disclosed, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected cleaning service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

9. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and booking platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, submit false booking information, or use our platform to harass or harm others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
